[01]Who we are
One17 Digital Solutions is based in Sydney, Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
[02]What we collect
We only collect what you give us. Project enquiries: your name, email, company, budget range and the details of your enquiry. Support requests: your name, email, company, request type, urgency and a description of the issue, which may include details about your systems. Consultation bookings: your name, email, any notes you add and the time you choose. If you pay an invoice, Stripe processes your card details; we do not see or store them.
[03]How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, run consultations, respond to and resolve support requests, provide our services, send invoices, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
[04]Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business: our website hosting provider (which also delivers the emails sent through our forms), Google (Google Analytics for website statistics, Google Calendar for consultation bookings and Google Meet for video calls), our email provider, and Stripe (invoice payments). They only get what they need to do their job. Some of these providers may store information on servers outside Australia, such as in the United States.
[05]Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site, such as which pages are visited, how long people stay and roughly where visitors are from. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We look at this information in aggregate and don't use it to identify you, and we don't use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Our website hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running. A notice on the site tells you about these cookies the first time you visit. The consultation booking calendar is provided by Google and is covered by Google's own privacy policy.
[06]Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing hello@one17.digital.
[07]Complaints
If you have a concern, email us first. If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
